Eating in Park City can be expensive, so why not venture 20 minutes out of town for some great food? With restaurants around the country only offering limited seating why not be prepared with a couple back up options as well. Here’s some of our favorite places to eat outside of town.
Heber City
- Back 40
Sustainability is at the core of this family-friendly restaurant. Featuring farm-to-table dining in a restaurant built out of repurposed materials, this is our go-to spot in Heber. - Heber Valley Brewing Company
This is Heber’s first brewery and they are certainly setting the bar high!
3. Spin Café
Fresh and flavorful food all around. Their homemade gelato really tops off this lunch and dinner spot.
MOGAN
This great little spot is conveniently located right at our river take out! Finish a long day of rafting with classic American food and the BEST homemade desserts.
KAMAS
Yes, this is a gas station. But don’t let that fool you. Mirror Lake Station wins Utah’s Best Donut Award.
Again, yes, this is a drug store. But they also serve the best burgers and shakes in town. Don’t miss the opportunity to grab a bite to eat from a Kamas favorite!
Their breakfast is unbeatable. Period.
COALVILLE
With a half American half Mexican menu, you can’t choose anything bad here.
WANSHIP
Sunday brunch, daily lunch, and a whole-bunch of Utah’s best whiskey! The distillery in Wanship offers distillery tours and tastings, making the drive well worth it!
OAKLEY
The Road Island Diner is a historic piece of Americana as diner #1107 made from the Jerry O’Mahony Co. The diner was brought to Utah in 2007, but retains the look and feel of the 1930s. Not only is the atmosphere classic, but so is the delicious food!
