Cancellation Policy:

All Seasons Adventures has a 48-hour cancellation policy. Any cancellation within 48-hours is subject to a full charge. While we do understand unforeseen circumstances arise we will work with you in those cases.

Group Cancellation Policy--A group of ten or more has the following cancellation policy:

Cancellations made prior to 30 days before the activity occurs are entitled to a 100% refund unless otherwise negotiated. Cancellations or a reduction in numbers within 30 days, but prior to 7 days are subject to a 50% charge for all activities cancelled within that time frame.  Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are subject to a 100% charge.  In the event of a cancellation due to weather or unsafe conditions a full refund will be given regardless of the time prior to the event. ASA reserves the sole right to make the determination on weather related cancellations. ASA will make every reasonable effort to reschedule cancelled activities if conditions and schedules permit. A credit card will be required at the time of booking to hold activities and dates, however other forms of payment may ultimately be used.

Disclaimer:

Activities taking place in the outdoors are associated with inherent risks to life or limb.  While all appropriate measures are put in place to mitigate risk, individuals participating in the activities outlined in this contract are responsible for choosing the appropriate level of activity for their skill level.  While participating in these activities, participants will be responsible for making some decisions with regard to the risk they personally assume.  It is up to the participants to make the appropriate choice for the given situation.  Participants should be aware that their participation in any of these activities is of their own free will and in no way compulsory. Choosing to participate in these activities implies that they assume personal responsibility for their decisions and the outcome of those decisions during the given activity.

Dogsledding Disclaimer:

For the safety of our guests and our dogs, you are adhering to the following:
The group does not exceed 350lbs.
Two adults OR one adult and two smaller kids fit into one sled.
A split ride is two 25-minute consecutive rides.
Only the guests signed up will be coming out for the tour.
