Whether you are here with significant others, family, or friends, Park City has something to offer everyone to celebrate Cupid’s favorite holiday! Read on for all of our ideas for fun ways to spend Valentine’s day, and why we think Park City is for lovers!
Stargazer Snowshoe Tour
February has some spectacular sunsets to offer in the mountains, and the lights in Park City are truly a sight to behold! What better way to enjoy them than on a snowshoe tour with All Seasons Adventures?
We offer Stargazer Snowshoes daily from 6-8 pm. This time of year, this is the perfect time to catch the final glimpses of a beautiful sunset that stains the clouds pink (very festive!) and watch the stars come out as you snowshoe along pristine trails. Round trip transportation is included, and our guides will provide everyone with headlamps, snacks, waters and a warm and friendly attitude!
Moonlight Dinner Snowshoe Tour
The only thing more romantic than snowshoeing under the stars, is snowshoeing under the stars to a fancy restaurant! We think our Moonlight Dinner Snowshoe Tour is the most VIP way to arrive at dinner. Make reservations (we recommend 6:30 pm or later) at a restaurant of your choice in the Montage or Empire Lodges of Deer Valley, and we’ll take care of the rest!
We will pick you up from your Park City hotel or Airbnb, and do an Out and Back, or a Point A to Point B snowshoe with you directly to your dinner reservation. Don’t forget to arrange for transportation back to your lodging from dinner!
Snowshoe to S’mores
What says Valentine’s Day more than chocolate? Our Snowshoe to S’mores tour is an excellent Après-Ski activity for the whole family, and is well suited for young children. We will snowshoe you a short distance to a cozy fireplace, where you and your family can roast delicious, homemade s’mores.
Tours are an hour long, offered daily at 4:30 PM, 5:30 PM, and 6:30 PM. Conveniently located near Lot 5 of Deer Valley, this is a fantastic Valentine’s activity for families looking for a quick snowy outing before cozying up for the evening!
Dog Sledding
In the cold winter weather, cozying up in a sled with your Valentine is hard to beat! We work with Maren of Arctic Rescue to provide an excellent experience for both you as our guest, and for the dogs making your trip possible. Arctic Rescue has been recuing Siberian and Alaskan Huskies and Alaskan Malamutes for over 20 years, and working with All Seasons Adventures for 10! Dog sledding is a way for the rescue dogs to get some exercise, and you can count on the dogs you meet having a home for the rest of their lives.
Our dog sledding takes place out at Strawberry Reservoir, a scenic 45 minute drive from Park City. We recommend using a vehicle with 4-wheel or all-wheel drive, or Snow Country Limousine to get you out to the trailhead. We do not advise using Lyft or Uber, as cell phone service is limited. We offer hour long rides, as well as split rides for larger groups. Our helpful office staff can assist you in determining which ride would be most suitable for your group.
Dog sledding is a fantastic winter activity, but it books up quick! Be prepared to plan ahead; but we always offer a waitlist for popular/sold out dates.
