With the busy summer season coming to a close, and winter on the horizon, we at All Seasons Adventures are looking forward to a fantastic fall season.
While winter is the most popular time for visitors to explore Park City, fall in the mountains has a lot to offer! Temperatures are finally cooling down, giving way to a more comfortable time to recreate outdoors. The fall foliage is certainly something you do not want to miss- the Aspen groves and Maples create a gorgeous view when biking or hiking on our local trails. Fly fishing, hiking and biking with us are some great ways to make the most of your fall visit to Park City!
Fly Fishing
The water levels are lowering, making rivers easier to wade in. The moss and weeds in ponds and small lakes are disappearing, and of course the fall foliage is stunning everywhere you look! With many hatches slowing down for the year, booking one of our guides is a great way to get the inside scoop on where and how to still pull in a catch! Our fly fishing trips last around 5 hours, and take place on the Provo or Weber River. Waders, boots, and rods, as well as round-trip transportation from the Park City area are included!
Mountain Biking
Afternoon thunderstorms are getting less and less common as we ease into fall. Trails are dry, and the cooler temperatures make strenuous activities more comfortable and enjoyable. Our Mountain biking trips are a fantastic way to explore the plethora of trails Park City has to offer! We can offer rides for beginners, intermediate, and advanced bikers; each trip is private so we can take it at your pace. Explore a gentle cross-country ride, or a more technical downhill flow for experienced participants. Mountain biking trips are 2.5 hours door to door, and include bike and helmet rentals, as well as round-trip transportation within Park City.
Hiking
A fall hike in Park City is the perfect way to slow down and take in the beauty of the changing scenery! Join us for a shorter local hike at a trail near downtown (2.5 hours door to door). If you have more time on your hands, and want to get out of town for an afternoon, our half-day Uinta hike is a great option (5 hours door to door). You can expect to be on a trail for two hours for each of these hikes, and we can tailor your experience to how fast you’d like to be moving. Hikes include round-trip transportation from Park City.
